This week I was able to start a new workout routine with the help of Meganne. I will link her Instagram at the end of this post so you can follow her if you are interested. She recently started working to build her brand and it is absolutely amazing. Definitely worth checking out if it is something you are interested in. She helped me put together a workout that is good and practical. I have a super tiny dorm room so being able to do this workout in such a tight space is really saying something. Abs:

  • 30 high knees (15 each leg)
  • 20 side bend (I use a textbook) (3x)
  • 18 butterfly kicks (8 each leg)
  • 10 tuck ups (3 sets with 10 second rests)
  • 8 hip thrusts

Cardio Circuit:

  • 10 alternating jump lunges
  • 6 push ups (8 if assisted)
  • 8 burpees
  • 10 squats with arm extensions

Arms:

  • 10 small arm circles each way
  • 10 large arm circles each way
  • 10 shoulder strengthers
  • 8 second straight arms down (palms down)
  • 8 second straight arms up (palms up too)
  • 8 walk outs (with push up if able)
  • 20 second plank
