Hey guys! Welcome back. There are a lot of questions we ask ourselves and others: What? Who? How? But there is one question that sometimes gets overlooked. That question is “Why?”. We are constantly making decisions, but do we really stop and question why we make all these decisions? Do we know why we do certain things?

Asking why is one of the most important questions you can ask yourself. It’s important to understand the reason behind why you make certain choices and why you make certain decisions. It’s sometimes a difficult question to answer, but knowing it is worth it. It helps spring new life forward and helps motivate and inspire you.

Self-reflection is super important because it allows you to know and understand who you are and what is important to you. Validating yourself is just as important as validating other people. You need to be aware of the decisions you are making and why you are making those decisions.

Sometimes we think we know why in the back of our minds, but we need to take the time to stop and really evaluate things. Don’t just jump into the first thing that comes along. It’s not healthy and could lead to misery down the road. Taking that time for yourself now is crucial and can really only benefit.

Maybe you will learn that you made the right decision, but maybe you will decide you chose wrong. Either way, knowing is beneficial and will help you down the road. Never be afraid to ask for advice from others. Don’t be afraid to take a few moments and evaluate your choices and decisions.

Your time on Earth is too short and too precious to not take the time to understand why. Take every decision seriously and really know what you are doing. Don’t fall into a trap because you didn’t think things all the way through. Be proactive when making decisions and you will be better off in the long run.
