Hey guys! Welcome back. If you are anything like me, change is not something you have ever been super ecstatic about. Change seems to present a negative connotation. It’s not an easy thing to adapt to. However, change is always present in our lives. Whether we like it or not, it is always looming over us.
Most people either fear change or despise. There are few people who are really into the idea that things are constantly changing. It’s called a comfort zone for a reason. However, there is no reason to feel threatened by change. It can be a positive thing. When I was first starting college I was terrified of the idea of a new environment. I realized I would be alone and had to take care of myself. But the change wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. It ended up being the best thing I could have asked for.
I don’t fear change anymore. I embrace it. I know the outcome is unknown, but I also know that it is exciting and I always look forward to challenges. I know I can overcome any hardships that come my way and I know that whatever comes from the changes in my life is for the best.
Change helps you grow into the individual you are destined to become. Don’t avoid that. Embrace the person you are and the person you are becoming. It’s all for a good reason. Don’t be afraid to change your mind and your situation if you aren’t happy. Make this life all that it can be. Allow yourself to be challenged and learn from that. Whether they end in your favor or not, they happen for a reason. Don’t hold yourself back.
Never let anyone tell you the path you have taken is wrong. They don’t know your journey. They are not you. The only real power you have in this world is that no one else is you. So choose change. Choose life. Choose yourself. Be free. Be kind. And maybe most importantly, be happy.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope this gave you a little motivation for your Wednesday to help you make it through the rest of the week. Please like it if it did. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
