Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you have had a good week. My was decent I will say. Tomorrow is Friday and I have some exciting things coming up for you guys. If you don’t follow the blog on social media, I will link it below so you can follow along my incredible weekend. You won’t want to miss this. It’s going to be super exciting! But that isn’t what this post is about now is it? I’ll quit rambling so we can get on with why you clicked on this particular brushes.
I love makeup. I have for a couple of years almost. I must say though, it’s sometimes hard to find good, quality drugstore brushes. I have never bought a high-end makeup brush simply because I never felt compelled to because there are so many drugstore brush brands I have yet to try. The only high-end brushes I would probably consider buying would be the Tarte Holiday Sets and I still have a while yet before I can do that.
That being said, I have tried several brands when it comes to makeup brushes from the drugstore and there are some I like and some I don’t.
Wet n’ Wild has some amazing face brushes. That’s where most of my face brushes are from. I also really love Milani face brushes and will be purchasing more soon.
For eye brushes, Wet n’ Wild just doesn’t work for me. They are either too stiff or too fluffy and they just don’t get the job done. Elf has excellent brushes though on both sides (face and eyes). They are super inexpensive as well.
For beauty sponge you can probably guess it…it is the L’Oreal Infallible Foundation Blender. If you have been here for a while you have heard me mention this numerous times and I stand by it.
Those are my favorite drugstore makeup brushes. Let me know in the comments what some of your favorites are. I would love to know what to try next.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
