Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are all having a good week. I am still recovering from my car accident, but hopefully soon I will feel better again. The end of the semester is looming over us and with that comes a whole lot of stress. Papers, finals, projects, and presentations…and of course packing. Leaving your dorm for the summer is pretty exciting for some people, however, no one really likes packing. So for you, I have created a packing guide that may prove useful when it comes time to start packing.
Start with your clothes. Pack all of the clothes you won’t be needing for the rest of the semester and leave out only things you know you will wear. This will cut out time you will have to spend doing it later.
If you have a closet, clear that next. Some of us aren’t lucky enough to have a closet, but if you do you probably have more than just clothes in there. Clean it out, throw away things you don’t need anymore, and pack anything you need to keep.
Clean out your dresser. Aside from your clothes, if you have other things packed away in your drawers, pack that away. Only leave out things you will need until you leave.
Pack the stuff on your desk. Get rid of any clutter and start packing away things you aren’t using for studying or writing papers.
Be sure to pack away anything you aren’t using for the rest of the semester. Only keep things that you know you need. Throw out or get rid of things you won’t use ever again and that don’t mean anything to you anymore.
Lastly, pack your bed stuff. When everything else is packed and it is your last day, pack your bed stuff. Get it all together nicely.
Have everything put together in a nice pile by your door or outside your room. Have it ready to take to the car and get out for summer break.
Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
