Hey guys! Welcome back. As I said in my previous post, finals season is upon us. It makes us all a little anxious, but believe it or not, there are ways to reduce that by a lot. It is possible to not feel super overwhelmed the entire week. Here’s some ways to make that a reality for those who are interested.
Start studying in advance. If you haven’t already, start studying now. Don’t wait until the night before to study. Make out a schedule and plan different times to study for different classes. It will help so much.
Make a study plan. Check out my last post if you want some tips on how to do this.
Map out each day and schedule breaks. This will help you feel eased and not as overwhelmed. It will reduce your stress so much.
Keep your space clean. Whether it’s your dorm, your apartment, or your house, make sure it is clean. A cluttered space makes a cluttered mind.
NO all-nighters. Trust me, you do not want to take this route. If you are up all night studying, you will just waste it because you will be too tired to remember anything. Get some sleep and trust your body.
