Hey guys! Welcome back. Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great start to your week. It’s Finals Week for some of us, so I know it is very stressful. However, once we make it through, it will be time for a break or vacation. With that I have compiled a list of things you should do if you want to make every morning a good morning.
Spend time with God. I am guilty of not always doing this, but it is something we should do everyday. God is the reason we are still here and it’s important to spend time with Him and let Him know we are thankful.
Set your alarms extra early. Getting up early seems like a drab, but if you get used to it your body will get used to it and eventually it will become a part of your routine.
Drink some water. Get hydrated and refreshed. It changes your whole mood.
Plan out your day. If you don’t get to it the night before, sitting down in the morning and planning out your day will help you feel more prepared. Of course, you can’t always plan everything, but knowing the big things helps.
Eat breakfast. It doesn’t have to be a big one every morning. Just grab a bagel or some cereal. It gives you energy and you won’t be as hungry later on.
Wash your face. Refreshing your skin is just as important as refreshing your body. This will also help you wake up so you can skip that second cup of coffee.
