Hey guys! Welcome back. Today I am going to share with you my Night Routine. It’s nothing too crazy or intense because by the time night comes around I am always tired. So I wanted to keep this simple, while still being an effective routine. So here are the things I do every night as part of my routine.
Wrap up any work. Whether it’s homework, RA stuff, or just any work that needs to be done, I get it done as soon as possible. I look at the first block on my to-do list and make sure all of the important and urgent things are done so they don’t carry to the next day.
Look at planner for the next day. I make my to-do list in the morning, so at night I like to look at my planner and make sure I have everything I need to. I want to make sure I get all my assignments and things in order.
Lay out clothes for the next day. This is important because in the morning I don’t want to worry about what I’m wearing. If I already have it set out I don’t have to worry about. It’s such a small thing that makes the biggest difference.
Put on pajamas/wash face/brush teeth. I don’t need to explain this one, but I included it because it is a part of my routine.
Check alarm clock. I always want to make sure my alarm is set.
Read. It’s just relaxing and helps me ease my mind. It also helps me find encouragement and motivation in the morning because it’s the last thing I thought about before I went to sleep so that’s not a bad position to be in.
