Hey guys! Welcome back. Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite HIIT workouts. These are dorm/living room friendly that require no equipment. I have tried so many of these workouts and there are the four that I enjoy the most and find are the most beneficial. If you didn’t know “HIIT” stands for high-intensity interval training. It helps burn fat and removes the need to spend hours at the gym. If you would like me to share with you my nutrition guide and what/how I eat let me know. But for now here are the four workouts I alternate between every week.

Workout #1:

50 Jumping Jacks

50 Crunches

45 Jumping Jacks

45 Squats

40 Jumping Jacks

40 Crunches

35 Jumping Jacks

35 Lunges

30 Jumping Jacks

30 Squats

25 Jumping Jacks

25 Push Ups

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Lunges

15 Jumping Jacks

15 Squats

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Bicycle Crunches

5 Jumping Jacks

5 Burpees

Workout #2:

50 Jumping Jacks

5 Burpees

30 Butt Kicks

5 Push Ups

30 High Knees

10 Squats

15 Second Plank

10 Lunges Each Side

Repeat 3X

Workout #3:

50 Jumping Jacks

40 Russian Twists

30 Squats

20 Fire Hydrants

10 V-Sits

5 Push Ups

10 V-Sits

20 Fire Hydrants

30 Squats

40 Russian Twists

50 Jumping Jacks

Workout #4:

50 Second Plank

40 Squats

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Push Ups

10 Jumping Jacks

5 Sit Ups

10 Jumping Jacls
