Hey guys! Welcome back. It’s the start of a new month, so I wanted to share with you my goals for the month. I love doing this because so many of you love when I do this. So here are my goals for the month.
Read a book for fun. I have so many books I have to read for my classes, but I would like to read a book just for myself. I love reading and really need to make time for it.
Workout twice a week. I would like to more if I can, but I think twice a week is a reasonable goal that I can make happen.
Drink more water. I recently got a new water bottle, so hopefully it helps. I just find that drinking water helps in more ways than one.
Have two self care days. I found this was a really great thing I did last month, so I would like to do it again this month.
Organize my room. It really needs it and I really need to find the time to do it. I would like to have it done sometime this week.
Schedule content. I have it all planned, I just need to write it and schedule it. That way I will have it done and can focus on other things.
Do a Facebook giveaway. I want to do a giveaway for the people in the VIP group. If you are not a member, you can join here.
Have at least five coaching clients. I would love to have at least five people sign up. If you would like to be one, check out that post here.
