Hey guys! Welcome back. Today I wanted to talk about knowing when the right time is to start doing things. That time is now. Because if you don’t do it now, when will you? I often use the excuse that I will wait until I graduate to start doing things. Or I will wait until something has happened. But the truth is, I won’t know if that time will come. I also realize that if I wait, it will take longer for me to reach my goals. So I should start now so I can get ahead.

It is important to recognize the fact that every moment is an opportunity. If you don’t start now, you will always be waiting. The perfect moment does not exist. You will never reach a point in your life where you are fully ready to take a risk, start something new, or take a chance on yourself. You have to start now.

One thing I know is that when I found out what I wanted to do, I knew I had to start. It’s not easy. It’s scary. I might fail. I might not get everything I always dreamed of. But I knew I had to try. I am still trying. Everyday I work a little more to get closer to my dream. I fight the desire to give up. I fight the urge to let go. I keep going. I know that I can’t give up because then I would have to start all over again.

Today can be different than any other day. Today you have a choice to make a change. It doesn’t have to be perfect. You are allowed to mess up. But any progress is better than no progress. Don’t be afraid to get up and decide to live your life better than you did before. But don’t do it for anyone but yourself. You are not obligated to anyone’s feelings but your own. Give yourself a chance to prove what you are capable of. You might just be surprised. Every day is a new opportunity. Don’t be too afraid to take that leap.

There will be setbacks. There will be failures. But there will also be celebrations. There will be successes. You will look back years from now and see a completely different life. If you start now, there is nothing that can’t happen. Stop getting in your own way and let yourself live. Do the things you know you need to do. Give yourself half of a fighting chance and things might just work out. It won’t be a purely easy road, but nothing worth having is ever really easy. Have faith in the person you are, the person you have been, and the person you are becoming. It is all a part of you and that is amazing.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Let me know in the comments what else you would like to see from me. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you next time!
