So, what is the secret to waking up early? It’s actually a lot more simple than you were probably thinking. The secret to waking up early is going to sleep earlier. I know this may seem easier said than done, and maybe it is, but if you start going to bed just a little earlier every night, you will see that pretty soon you will be going to bed earlier and getting up earlier.
So if you are trying to make the habit of getting up earlier, you have to also make the habit of going to bed earlier. Going to bed at the same time and trying to get up earlier is not doing you any justice. Your need sleep and rest, so if you want to wake up early, you have to make sure you are giving yourself enough time to get enough sleep.
Waking up early has it’s benefits, but so does sleeping. So make sure you are getting to bed earlier and you are more likely to be successful in your attempts at getting up earlier.
