Hey guys! Welcome back. Today I wanted to share with you my relaxing night time routine. This is the routine I do when I am looking for something simple and when I am focusing on self care. This helps me make sure that I am avoiding working on anything and that I am just giving myself a break. I hope you find some inspiration from this. And without further ado, here is my relaxing night routine!
1. Change into something comfortable.
My relaxation begins with me changing into something comfortable. It’s difficult to relax otherwise. I like to have on comfy clothes. It helps me separate myself from the day and get out of the clothes that I was working in.
2. Have some me time.
Whether it is taking a bath, watching Netflix, or diving into a good book, having time to myself where I am not worried about anything is really important. So on nights like this I like to just spend time doing the things that I enjoy with no interruption. Let me know in the comments what your favorite me time activity is.
It may not seem relaxing, but to me it is. I love organizing and seeing things come clean. It helps me feel a lot better too. Having things the way they should be is a great stress reliever for me.
4. Reflect on the day.
I like to update my bullet journal and see what I got accomplished during the day. It helps me feel more confident and proud of myself. I like being able to mark things off and know that I am working towards my goals.
5. Set a bed time.
That’s right. Even when I’m at school I have a bed time. Sleep is so important to me and I don’t always give myself enough time to sleep. So setting a bed time, especially on my relaxing nights, is super important.
