Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you have had an excellent week. Today I wanted to talk about a topic that we could all use more information on, and that is goals. We should all have them and strive to reach them, but sometimes things get complicated when we are trying to be efficient and go after multiple things. So today I wanted to talk to you about how you can juggle everything you are trying to do and still get everything you want.

Look for any conflicts or overlaps.

When it comes to having multiple goals, the first thing you should try to do is make sure that nothing is conflicting with something else. Write down all of your goals and make sure that you can manage everything. This will help prevent you from being too overwhelmed. Also, look for overlaps. Look for opportunities to pursue more than one goal at a time.

Don’t focus on too many goals.

While it is perfectly fine, and encouraged, to have several goals, there is such a thing as too many. And having too many goals will only add stress and it’s best to avoid that if you can. So limiting yourself to the goals you know you have the time and energy for is the best situation. Anything more than three or four may cause you to start stretching yourself too thin.

Get specific with your goals.

The more specific you are with your goals, the better your chances are of them actually happening. If your goals are too vague, you are less likely to be able to develop a plan to achieve them. So be as specific as you can and figure out exactly what you want. This way you know where to go next.

Find some good role models.

Having role models in situations like this is always a plus. They can motivate and inspire you in ways that no one else can. They can offer solid advice that you may not find anywhere else. And they can act as a mentor if you know them personally and they really want to help you.

Have a solid game plan in place.

Once you are specific with your goals and know what you want, you can start developing the plan to actually make these things happen. It helps you stay focused and driven. It helps you know the steps that you need to take in order for you to be successful with balancing all of your goals and achieving them.

Prioritize your goals.

Some things will be more important than other things on certain days. And that’s okay. It’s all about knowing what your priorities are and why they matter. This helps motivate you and ensure that you are focusing on one thing at a time. Everything at some point will be a priority.

Schedule time for your goals.

One of the best ways to juggle everything is to make sure that you are making time for everything you want to do. This can be a challenging thing to do, which is why it is so important to check for conflicts and overlaps. It’s also important to prioritize so you are making time for the most important things first.

Do something every single day.

Work on at least one of your goals everyday. Don’t wait until tomorrow. Don’t wait for the right time. Start today and keep doing something every day until you start reaching those goals. Don’t give up. Keep working hard everyday and you will start to see things come together. You will see the growth.
