Hey guys! Welcome back. If you have been around for a while you know that I have been sharing my monthly goals with you guys for probably over a year now. I love sharing what I am working towards and focusing on every month. So I figured since I share my goals, I wanted to share my habits too. I have decided that every month I want to focus on one habit I want to build and one habit I want to break. And I want to share this with you every month so you know what I am working towards and hopefully it will inspire you. If nothing else, it will keep me accountable.
So I want to start with the good habit that I want to build this month. And that is to walk more. Even if it’s just getting up more to take more steps throughout the day. It’s something simple, but I think it’s the perfect habit to start with. It’s simple and doesn’t take a lot of time, so I really want to just start walking more. Once I start my job I will be walking a lot more than I do now, but I still want to walk as much as possible everyday. It just helps start a better lifestyle.
And the bad habit that I want to break is procrastinating. I don’t think I’m as bad about it now as I was when I was in college, but it’s still something I want to overcome. I want to schedule something and then stick to it. Procrastinating is such a time waster and I really think if I just do the things I need to do then I will be happier and less stressed. So this month I am really looking to stick to my plans and get things done when they need to be done, if not earlier.
