Things To Remember When You Don’t Have It All Together

Hey guys! Welcome back. If you’re anything like me you hate the feeling of not having everything together and feeling your best. So today I wanted to share some things that are important to keep in mind when you don’t feel like you have it all together. It can be difficult not to be super negative and down on ourselves when we aren’t at our best. So here some things to remember during this time.

Remember that change comes often and you have to accept it.

Change is a part of life. Nothing is great forever and nothing is bad forever. You have to learn to accept that change is coming and it is coming soon. There is no way to prevent it forever. So if you don’t think you have it all together today, just know that change is coming and soon you will feel differently.

Remember that you have the power to choose.

You have plenty of decisions to make that can help bring on the change that you want. You are allowed to move, let go, make decisions, and change your own path. You are not stuck permanently unless you choose to be. It’s okay to move on and make decisions that are going to make things better.

Remember to ask for help.

You don’t have to go through life alone. You weren’t created for that. There are so many people that can help and want to help. But you have to ask for it first. You can’t be helped unless you realize you need it and want it. So reach out to someone and get the help you need. It’s okay to ask for help.

Remember to be present.

It is important to learn and grow from the past. It is also important to look towards the future sometimes and set goals and plans. But you shouldn’t stay in the past or future too long. Remember to stay in the present and focus on where you are right now. Start creating the change you need for a better future by paying attention to right now.

Remember to focus on what brings you joy.

Everyone has something that brings them great joy. Maybe it’s a hobby, a specific activity, or even a person. Remember to focus on that when you feel as though you don’t have it all together. Reach out to that person or start working on whatever it is you enjoy and you won’t worry as much.

Remember to be hopeful about your future.

When you do look at the future and think about what’s to come, it’s important to be hopeful and positive. Being negative will only make your current situation that much harder to deal with. So remember to be hopeful and think only positive things so you will feel a bit better now.

Remember to accept that life is a mystery.

As much as you do have the power to choose and the ability to make decisions, like will always remain a mystery. You can’t control everything and everyone. So remember to let go and let life go as it will. Learn to enjoy the things you can, control the things you can, and let go of the things you can’t.
