Hey guys! Welcome back. Today I am doing something I haven’t really done in the past and I am sharing a recipe! I love pancakes and when I found this recipe I knew I had to try it. Someone shared it on their Instagram story and I really wanted to try it out. You need a minimum of two ingredients, but you can add to it if you would like. It’s a super easy recipe and it is actually really good!
One ripe banana
Two whole eggs
Mix both in a small bowl. Make sure the banana is completely mashed. Spray your pan and scoop some batter into the pan. Cook on low to medium heat for 20-30 seconds and flip. Cook for 20-30 seconds more and then take it out of the pan! You can add blueberries, chocolate chips, or your other favorite toppings for a little something extra!
And that’s it! That’s the recipe. It is really super easy and I love it. It’s the only way I make pancakes now. It’s all natural, super easy and affordable, and I think they taste great! I cannot recommend this recipe enough for anyone who loves pancakes or is new to cooking and looking for something easy to try!
