Hey guys! Welcome back. July is coming to a close very soon, but before we end this month and start an even crazier month, I wanted to get July’s Q&A out for you guys. I will be pulling from questions that you guys have asked in the past that I keep in a Google Doc. If you have questions that you would like to see in the future please leave them in the comments below and I will put them in the list. It’s important to know that I don’t just start at the top of this list and go down. I pull from the entire list. I choose them at random. But I do try to answer as many as I can. So please leave your questions about absolutely anything in the comments or message me on social media. With that said, let’s answer some questions!
If you could do a love scene with anyone, who would it be?
Honestly I don’t really know. No one specifically comes to mind when I read that question. But let me know yours in the comments because I might agree with you!
What are three things you can’t live without?
Mascara, music, and God.
Window seat or aisle seat?
Probably window seat, but I could live with either one.
Superpower you would want?
To be able to fly definitely.
Hobbies that you will never give up?
Baking and writing.
What’s your favorite quote?
“You could be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world and there will still be someone who hates peaches.”
Favorite Taylor Swift Song?
All Too Well.
How to make friends in high school?
My best advice for this is to not take it too seriously. The likelihood of you remaining super close after high school isn’t likely. I do have a couple of people, but even we aren’t super close anymore. So just remember that it’s not life or death. Also, don’t focus so much on getting the people who don’t like you to be your friends. Focus on the people who appreciate your presence. Don’t worry about being “popular”. You don’t want popular friends. You want genuine friends.
Advice for young creators?
Be careful!!! There are so many sleazy people in the world and they go after younger creators more than older creators. So just be super aware of who you are communicating with and ask for guidance from someone older if you aren’t sure. But also, no matter what anyone else says, never give up. If you are passionate about creating content and growing your personal brand, then keep working at it. Don’t let anyone kill your dream or convince you to give up. That’s not their place.
What were your goals and dreams when you started blogging? Have they changed?
When I first started blogging my goals and dreams had nothing to do with blogging. I genuinely just started doing this for me. I had no idea that I would get to this point especially so quickly. My goals and dreams were more about specific career goals that I had that have since changed as well. Now some of my goals are about blogging and growing as a content creator. But I do have other goals in life and in my career that aren’t related to the internet world at all.
How do you get over the fear of failure?
The best way to get over the fear of failure is to understand that failure doesn’t have to be a negative. Failure is a huge part of success. You learn so much from failing. Failing means you tried something which means you are living and making decisions and trying to move forward. It means you aren’t okay with staying in one place in life and never amounting to your goals and dreams. So just remember that failure isn’t a bad thing and you will slowing stop fearing it and learn to embrace it.
I’m graduating in December and still don’t have any concrete plans for after. Is that normal?
Yes. My best advice is to be patient because it will all come together. Maybe not in the way you hoped it would, but life has a way of working out exactly the way it needs to. Just keep looking and figure out what you want and where you want to be. The rest will work out if it’s meant to be. Don’t stress so much about not having everything figured out. And trust me when I say the people who are going to pressure you about it and make you feel bad for not having it together are the people who aren’t doing anything at all. People who are doing more than you won’t care that you haven’t figured things about because they know what it’s like.
Are you friends with your exes?
Absolutely not. Once that door is closed, it is closed. I don’t go back and try to rewrite that chapter of my life.
Will you do a “vault collection” of all your favorite blog posts you have ever written?
I honestly hadn’t thought of doing this until I read this question. But now I am super intrigued and I would love to. Is this something you guys would be interested in?
Will you do updated morning and night routines when you move?
I do have that in the plans.
Will you do cook with me videos when you move?
I also plan on doing a lot of these.
If you had to pick, what is your all time favorite fast food restaurant?
If I had to pick, probably Rally’s. They have good chicken, good cheeseburgers, and good fries. Also, it’s not something I have a ton so I would be able to try new things.
But I’m going to wrap up this Q&A! Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed this. Please like it if you did. Be sure to leave your questions for future posts like this in the comments. Don’t forget to follow before you leave if you have not already and I hope to see you in the next one!
