September 2020 Favorites And October 2020 Goals

Hey guys! Welcome back. I hope you are having a great week. It is officially October and I am so excited because Fall is here! I am honestly so excited for this new month because things are finally coming together for me. And if you have been around here for any length of time you know that at the start of every new month I like to wrap up the previous month by sharing my favorites and start the new month fresh by setting some new goals for myself. And that is what today is going to be about! So I hope you are excited to jump into this one!

September Favorites:

TikTok.

It’s no surprise that I’m still loving TikTok. I haven’t been watching it as much since I started working, but I still love it. I follow so many amazing and funny people on there.

Buffalo Chicken And Macaroni And Cheese.

I created this concoction last week and I wasn’t sure if I would love it, but I ended up really enjoying it. I had Kraft macaroni and cheese and those Starkist packages that are buffalo chicken. So I decided to put them together to see if I liked it and it’s actually really good.

One Tree Hill.

I started rewatching One Tree Hill this month and I forgot how much I love it. I also forgot how sad it can be at times. But I really love it and I have been watching it quite a bit this past month.

Cooking.

I am finally getting back into cooking and now that I can finally buy actual food and cook real meals, I can really start enjoying it. It’s definitely been a favorite this month.

ColourPop Foundation Stick.

I don’t have a ton of makeup or beauty favorites because I haven’t really tried a ton of things this month. But I have been using this foundation stick this month and it’s really great for when I’m trying to get ready in a hurry.

Brown Sugar And Cinnamon Pop Tarts.

I have never had a Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Pop Tart before a couple of weeks ago. But I had some that my roommate got for me and I actually really like them. They might be my new favorite.

Granola Bars.

Have you ever had the Kroger Brand granola bars? Those are my favorite and they are super affordable. I think they have the best flavor and they are super soft. I highly recommend trying them if you have not already.

Coffee.

This is something I never expected to say, but I am actually starting to like coffee. I only drink it when I’m at work though. I don’t know what kind of coffee it is that they have, but it’s so good.

October Goals:

Decorate For Fall.

Now that Fall is here and I am starting to have money again, I can’t wait to start getting Fall decorations so I can decorate for the new season. I know the Dollar Tree has some really great stuff and it’s affordable, so I’m looking forward to seeing what I can find. I will be sharing it with you guys on YouTube when I get decorations and start actually decorating.

Complete October Workout Challenge.

If you haven’t seen it yet, a couple of days ago I shared an October Workout Challenge I want to do. I’m really excited to get started and see the progress I can make as I go through this challenge.

Bake A Fall Dessert.

Baking is one of my absolute favorite hobbies and I love Fall, so it only makes sense to combine the two. I am looking forward to seeing what kinds of treats and desserts I can bake this month. Try One New Recipe.

I am a very habitual person and I often get into a routine of eating the same meals all the time. It doesn’t really bother me, but sometimes I like to try new things. So this month I want to try making at least one new recipe. Again, leave your favorites in the comments.

Read One Book.

Now that things are starting to settle down, maybe I can finally get back into the habit of reading again. It kind of fell off over the past couple of months, but I desperately want to get back into it. I love reading and want to be able to share my thoughts and what I learn from the books I read with you guys. So I think one book is a good starting point.

Organize My Bedroom.

My bedroom still looks pretty good, but I want to keep it that way. So I want to spend one of my days off this month organizing everything again and making sure everything is in a practical place.

Meal Plan.

I really want to get into planning my meals and knowing what I am going to be eating every week. It will help me save time and prevent me from coming home after being at work all day and trying to decide what I’m going to have. I have never really had to meal plan before, but I really want to try it this month and see how it goes for me.
